Can I take 3 days continuous Casual Leave immediately after Durga Puja which ends on 08.10.2019.I have taken leave from 09.10.2019 to 11.10.2019. Pls reply .

Hi, It depends on your Employer's HR policy. Normally any leave 3 and above will be adjusted against PL or earned leave. However if you have more CL and if your employer is ok you can avail it as CL leave.
You have not mentioned about your nature of work and your employer's business. Normally all companies restrict employees availing leave continuously after pooja holidays which will affect the work. If it is approved then no issues.
