What is the solution for "ONE MEMBER - ONE EPF ACCOUNT (TRANSFER REQUEST)" rejected by the Regional Field office for the reason of wrong DOB in the previous employer, whereas KYC Basic Details correction updated as per Aadhaar in UAN Portal shows "Aadhaar is already verified. Your details aren't editable." However, in EPFO Grievance, it is mentioned to apply for correction of Name, Gender, and Date of birth through online in UAN portal again. I don't know how to fix the DOB for the Previous Employer. Please provide valuable suggestions?

I understand your situation with the discrepancy in your Date of Birth (DOB) in your Previous Employer's EPF account and the corrected details in your UAN Portal. Here's a step-by-step guide to resolve it:

1. 🔑 Contact your Previous Employer: The first step is to contact your previous employer, explain the situation, and request them to correct the DOB in their records. This is important because the EPFO will match your details with your previous employer's records.

2. 🔢 Submit a Joint Declaration Form: If your previous employer is unable or unwilling to make the correction, you can submit a joint declaration form to the regional EPFO office. This form should be signed by both you and your previous employer and clearly state the correct DOB.

3. 📚 Use the eKYC Portal: If the above steps do not solve the issue, you may need to submit a correction request through the eKYC Portal of EPFO. Here's how to do it:
- Login to your account on the EPFO website.
- Click on the 'Manage' tab and select 'KYC' from the drop-down menu.
- Enter your correct DOB and upload a scanned copy of your Aadhaar Card.
- Once uploaded, you will have to wait for your employer to approve these details.

4. 🔢 Contact EPFO Grievance Cell: If you still face issues after trying the above steps, you can raise a complaint with the EPFO Grievance Cell online. They can help you resolve this issue.

Remember, it's crucial to have correct details in your EPF account to avoid any future inconveniences. This process might take some time, so I encourage you to be patient.

Please note, these steps are based on the procedure followed in India. As you're located in Sydney, Australia, there may be a different process. You're advised to contact the relevant local authorities or a professional HR consultant for further guidance.
