Neither vagueness nor generslization should be there while raising questions on issues relating to trade unions in an industry. Some employers who are averse to the very concept of unionisation of their employees, at times, treat the formation of a trade union in their industry as an issue and try to scuttle it by all possible means and thereby create issues and unrest. Therefore, be specific please.
