Hello, I am working for an MNC and I need a help on Earned Leaves.
Is there any Indian Labor law for Earned Leave within Karnataka state? If so, can anyone share details on the same, please?
My query is,
1) Earned leave can be carried forward to the next year and next to next year? If yes, is there any law to cap on it?
2) How many earned leaves can be carried forward?
Need urgent help.
