Hello, I am working for an MNC, and I need help on Earned Leaves. Is there any Indian Labor law for Earned Leave within Karnataka state? If so, can anyone share details on the same, please?
My query is:
1) Can earned leave be carried forward to the next year and the year after that? If yes, is there any law to cap on it?
2) How many earned leaves can be carried forward?
