Civil case and background verification - current status of the case is “Uncontested Disposed otherwise”

Hello Experts, Need your advise - I cleared interview in a financial institute (Private sector) and have been offered a job, joining date is subject to clean chit from background verification company. I had given Surety for a loan and that person delayed payment due to which the financial institution had filed a case against primary party and myself (1 of the 4 surety parties). After the case the loan amount was repaid and the current status of the case is “Uncontested Disposed otherwise”
My question is will it impact my job offer, as this case will pop out as a case match to my name during background verification.
Please suggest what I should do to ensure it is not going to impact my job offer.

The case is of civilnature n not criminal. Your company would have asked only about criminal cases pending. Or convictions etc if any. So to my mind this case is not relevant
