You have raised the query but you have not mentioned what type of project it is, what kind of manpower do you require, where you require, when you require etc. "Bulk hiring" means what is the quantity?
Secondly, please mention whether you have subscribed to the services of any job portal and for the bulk-hiring what kind of recruitment infrastructure do you have in your company. "Recruitment infrastructure" means what kind of facilities do you have to conduct online tests and what kind of tests will these be.
Lastly, please mention whether in the recruitment department whether you have any hiring specialists and whether they have been trained on the interviewing skills.

Greetings!!
We are going to start a food processing unit in the month of Dec 2019 where we have to recruit many different position like Technical,Chefs R&D and HR and Admin and many more.
We have subscribed naukri portal and they will hire me for recruit this many position and right now there is no such online test and any other questionnaire is yet decided.
Kindly suggest me how to streamline the position and will close in the given dead line.
