What is the legal action by an employee if company is not paying the full and final settlement? Pls help.

Hi,
If full and final settlement is not paid by the employer, the employee has to request the same in writing from the employer. In case of no response, the employee has the right to escalate the matter further through the Labour Inspector or the respective location.
