Mr Muhammed Asif
You will have to ask the 20 employees to work on 18th and allow them paid holiday on 23rd, so that they could exercise their vote as per the Circular of the Election Commission of India.

Hi,
I would suggest same as Mr. Karthik, you can ask those 20 employees to work on 18th who are not going to vote 18th and rest employee cover the shift on 23rd.
So all employees get paid leave according to their election day.
Thanks
