Dear Sir / Madam Kinely clarify that if an employee worked for half days then can we calculate this half days in two different part that "Half is Contribution Period and other Half as Non Contribution Period"? Please reply this is most confusing situation.

NCP = Non contributory period , it does not means the half or full day,
if an employee is on paid leaves then EPF would be deducted and paid, so the absent and NCP both are different,
for ease of compliance only actual full day absent "without pay" should be NCP
