Dear All, my company wants to recruit data entry operators at salary scale of 8-10K for 90 days only, I want to know is it mandatory for us to deduct EPF from those employees, if NO then how. Should we recruit them as trainee or intern.

If he work for 1 day also need to deduct PF, its mandatory. If he fresher in PF then you may avail
PMRPY benifit.
