In our industry from Day 01 old management people have practiced the calculation of bonus on individual employees basic + da. But not on ceiling limit. Now My question is person who is taking less salary will get more bonus due to his basic+da and person who is taking more salary will gets less bonus. How to solve this issue. Please suggest at the earliest.

refer the wages act under the central as well as state zone, after a certain amount the wages act and related payments does not get parallel to the low paid employees
