Greetings to All!!! I am starting as a HR in a MNC company which is now looking to set up their corporate office in India. The company is into Logistics and I will be handling every part of HR and the problem in my experience so far is with mostly IT sector and mostly small scale organisations. So i have already set up the base line but i want to improve the quality of letters and agreement. So looking forward to if any one can help me with this task, whether letter templates, excel files, or code of conduct, policies(Logistics industry particularly).

Corporate Set Up means and includes Day-to-Day Interaction with the Org Heads/HODs for all Non-Tech ( other than Logistics Oprns) involving & concerning Workforce. And Workforce Competence is Crucial For Logistics Org where High Level Co-ordination & Collaboration Are Key Concerns, that too fluid almost. You yourself, Need Competence in entire Domain / Spectrum of HRD Functions. Trail & Error spoils the "Sport" situation. Persuade your Top Mgt to engage Experts Who Deliver Results ( Base Structures, Policies, Procedures, Processes, SOPs, HR Guide Book (Codified Rules of the Company) etc) When Oprns are Starting Errors May Be Unmanagble. A Stich in Time Saves Nine.
