Hello Angira,
Let me try to help you for few points:
3. Documents for PF for new joiners are PF Form no. 2 (declaration and nomination form), PF Form no.11 (Self Declaration Form for new joiners taking up employment and covered for PF), Gratuity Form F (nomination form). Other docs required for challans can be better explained by senior members.
4. You can contact Naukri.com team for demo, they also organise Naukri Training session, you can quickly learn basics of how to post jobs, mass mails, searching specific candidates, etc.
7. Employment engagement activities: Every morning you can write on the whiteboard "Thought of the Day" corporate messages if whiteboard is available. In house games during lunch breaks like playing cards/board games/drum sharas so that team can play and enjoy together. Once a month, take the team out for lunch or movie. Birthday mails along with celebrations for employees and ordering cake. During festive season like holi/diwali - taking permission from the senior management, decorate the office floor.
8. If an employee is leaving, you need to first understand the reason behind it. Usually an employee will state the reason to be personal but it would be job of HR to act as a friend and counsel that resigned employee. Exit forms are available online. You need to note down probably in excel the date of joining of the concerned employee, date of resignation, last working date mentioned by the employee against official notice period, leaves available - all this info needs to be ready with the finance/accounts department.
Other senior members can guide you better. Hope I covered a few. Good Luck.
I bet there must be senior team members in your organization who can guide you on leave policy/appraisal process/performance review meetings.
Thanks and Regards,
Akash Sharma
