Dear All, We are starting a factory engaging more than 50 employees. Though one among the partner (Lady) is also a partner in some other company, it is an independent in all respect and there is no relationship between this company and another company in which she is also a partner. In this scenario , is there any PF and ESI benefits/exemption provided to the company.

Dear Mohan, ESI is applicable once Strength of the factory crosses 10 or more Employees & EPF is applicable once strength crosses 20 or more Employees
