Though one among the partner (Lady) is also a partner in some other company, it is an independent in all respect and there is no relationship between this company and another company in which she is also a partner. Dear Mohan, ESI is applicable once Strength of the factory crosses 10 or more Employees & EPF is applicable once strength crosses 20 or more Employees
