Struggling to Withdraw EPF After Company Bankruptcy: How Can I Access My Funds?

Sir, please guide me that my company is bankrupt and no one is there to help me withdraw my EPF. I worked there for 6 years, and my KYC is updated online except for my father's name. Can you please suggest how I can withdraw my PF?

Visit the EPF office. Show your papers and ask them for the course of action. If the company has gone bankrupt but had been depositing PF contributions on time, you can get your money back. A few trips to the EOF office may be needed. Try hard for success.
