Tubectomy After Delivery: Do You Get Extra Leave or Does It Overlap with Maternity Leave?


in case a lady undergoes tubectomy just followed by her delivery by her own will then will she eligible for two extra weeks post the maternity leave or not?

When the tubectomy is immediately following the delivery, I think that it would simply merge with the maternity benefit already being availed of by the employee.
