Dear Sirs, We have some worker, who are associate with us last 18 years and company has not issued any appointment letters to them at the time of their joining. Even company name have been changed 3 times since last 18 years.
My query is that can we issue them appointment letter now by mentioning their actual date of joining and on the existing company letter head?
or is there any other way to fulfill the compliance of joining date etc.
Request for your valuable advise regarding the same.

Dear Sirs,
Is your management ready for this?
Whether workers ask for appointment letter?
Whether your establishment have same code under EPF & ESI althrough the changes of name?
If the reply is 'yes', you can go ahead with issue of letters but you have to give the details of employment for 2 companies that were existing prior to present one. All the respective letters are to be signed by your MD only.
