Hello Sir/Madam, Am working in a pharmaceutical company, with 10 employees and 2 office boys. now these office boys go out of office for work like to bring raw material or take the finished products to clients office in city. while on duty outside office they eat their lunch in some restaurant/dhabba/ wada-pav stall . later they ask for money from the accountant for the meals, petrol etc.
is there any meal allowance or other misc. allowance or some form for that. so that we can track that how much money they have take from accounts or is there any set limit beyond which these office boys can't spend. Please help.

Hi Sneha,
There is no such limit for food allowance , that totally depends on your policy and also on organisation's level. Yes, they can ask for amount of food and petrol, as they are doing office work. You can discuss with your admin department and set a limit for office boy's allowance. To keep a track on their expenses, you can ask them to submit bills.
