I am working in e-commerce company from last 6 months and getting paid on time but yesterday HR called me saying that your are absconding for last 4 months but you are paid so now you have to work next 4 months without paid this happen because mine reporting manager left the company four months ago after that no one asked me to report whom or no one is taking reporting from me but in HR portal mine super senior is showing mine reporting manager but he never asked me to report and I call him 3 time in between 4 months he never pick call or reply but I had submit mine exane twice to him
