Dear Sirs, We were doing Civil work at Chennai Metro Ozone under main contractor from 2012 November and Appril 2014 closed but missed to update in ESIC portal against our account no for 7 labours left when ESI office sent letter for payment we replied and updated portal that labours left us. Initially demanded for 3 months 7 labours latter 2018 issued notice for 2.5 lac claim stating up to 2016 inspite of our reply and liened our bank advise me if any way to solve from 2016 to till we are doing few site work and more than 60 labours we paid ESI alone 4.5 lacs.
