I understand that I have to open a bank account in designated banks to receive pension. Does this have to be a single holder account or can it be jointly held with the spouse? If single holder, then do I have to provide a single holder account details for spouse separately?
EPF needs the bank account in name of member only
spouse a/c is not asked anywhere, but in case of death of member they ask for the nominee a/c. that is to be submitted at the time of claim only
