I've recently joined as a 'Training & Development Manager' in an Academy which coaches for NEET & other medical entrance exams. My role would be training, business development, client & vendor relations management..

I would like to prepare a 'Flow chart' of the personnel with suitable hierarchy structure.
I can give you the list of with their designations, if anybody can give me some inputs for preparing the 'Flowchart' as well as the 'Job Descriptions' it would be of more use..Its as follows..
