EPF KYC of a few of the employees who joined in the year 2016 has not been digitally approved yet. Since the KYC is not approved, and the names in EPF and Aadhar do not match, they are unable to activate their UAN. Their names are also not seen in the 'approve pending KYC' list. How can I approve their KYC? Where can I find their KYC details for approval? Please advise.
