As a part of CTC or for the benefit of its employees, the employer can introduce super annuation scheme with LIC where employer will contribute 10 or 15% of basic and DA of eligible employee every month and the same can be withdraw by employee after attaining the superannuation age or earlier as per the schem drafted by employer. This is considered as one of the benefit to retain employees.
