What is the process for F& F if employee resigned & does notice period.how many days we will credit that amount
if particular employee not doing notice period.just inform and left. what is the process for F&F

Serving full/partial notice or deductions against notice is an integral part of F&F calculation. In case an employee resigns without serving notice as per the appointment terms, the HR can go ahead and make appropriate deductions from the final settlement. Usually, notice is recovered on basic pay alone however i suggest you go through appointment terms for recovery terms, in case any.
