While generating UAN for new employees, it's mandatory to provide the Aadhar details. Post PF website cross verifies the details provided by us with the UIDAI. The UAN may not get generated if there is any mismatch with Name, Gender, DOB, etc. But in a few cases, even though all the details match, the PF website throws the same error, i.e., basic demographic details do not match, and I am not able to link those employees to PF. What is the remedy for this? Please suggest.

ask to member to visit the aadhaar enrollment center with his address proof / date of birth proof and mobile number linking form they will correct the data

In a few cases, I am facing the same issue even though I have updated my Aadhaar. We are asking employees to submit their e-Aadhaar in such cases, but we are still encountering the same issue.

Issues with Demographic Details in UAN Enrollment
They might have different demographic details like date of birth, surname, etc., in the previous UAN, and they changed the demographic details later after they left the previous job. Now, they are encountering errors in enrollment due to changes in the basic details. They need to correct the basic details in the previous employer portal.
