I have completed my BBA and have been working in BPO for the last 5 years. Due to some financial issues, I couldn't pursue my career in HR. I have always wanted to work in HR, specifically in Payroll and Benefits, compensation, and the backend part. Now, I am planning to transition into HR.

I would appreciate your advice on how I can pursue my dream and what skills and knowledge are required for a career in HR. Thank you.

I suggest you take a course on Payroll in your city to gain a basic understanding. Practical work is essential for learning, but having a theoretical background to complement practical experience helps improve comprehension. It enables you to understand how your work aligns with the organization and its objectives.

Dear Ajay325,

My response to you seems to not have been submitted due to some technical issue. I am taking the time to rewrite and resubmit the same since I see in you 2D - that is Desire and Dedication. Without these 2D qualities, no one can be successful in any field. Our esteemed member, Nathrao, has offered you apt advice. I need not remind you that no dream becomes reality through magic; it takes sweat, determination, and hard work.

To keep your dreams alive, you need to believe in yourself and not give up. Stay focused, pursue your dream, and keep moving towards your goals. Remember, all things are possible for those who believe. To be a successful person, one should have a positive attitude, a business attitude, a learning attitude, and a winning attitude. All these attitudes are very crucial.

Always maintain a positive outlook. Set your goals, write down your vision in clear words, read it daily, visualize it round the clock, and believe in it; there is power in it. So, do it. I did it, I do it. Of course, you need to conduct a SWOT analysis of yourself. You are the best judge of yourself.
