I didn't served notice period for 30 days but managed to get a relieving letter from employer in an MNC company. The company had done a background verification using cfirst agency.
So my question is
Will this affect my future employment?.
Will the company blacklist me from future employment?
What about the PF contributions? As the current company have opened a PF account as well.
Should I show this time period on my resume ?
Can the company blacklist me at nasscom and nsr via cfirst?
Will I need to mention my time period honestly while giving interview ?
Can I apply for MNC companies in the future?
Please answer the queries as I am into IT industry in india. Its worrying me alot.

Hi,
Will this affect my future employment?.
No, as you have got the relieving letter from your company it won't have any negative impact. You are legally relived from the services and the relieving letter is an evident for the same.
Will the company blacklist me from future employment?
Nope, it won't. If there were critical issues or legal obligations by you for the company, you wouldn't have received the relieving letter and hence, you will not be blacklisted.
What about the PF contributions? As the current company have opened a PF account as well.
If you have payslip and UAN number in it, you can check your pf contributions in EPF portal, you can transfer the PF to new employer through EPF portal.
Should I show this time period on my resume ?
As you got the relieving letter you can show the service in your resume.
Can the company blacklist me at nasscom and nsr via cfirst?
No, it won't. I don't see any legal or critical reason for this, because you got the letter already.
Will I need to mention my time period honestly while giving interview ?
You can mention and please do so. Be honest
Can I apply for MNC companies in the future?
Yes, please apply.

Hi
The term "managed" is sounding differently. In my career I have seen some of the employees managed to get the Company's letter head & generated the service certificate on their own & at the time of BGC it was proved and we initiated disciplinary action.
If you got your service certificate in a professional & ethical way then you may not be having any issue otherwise the present company can initiate action any time during the course of employment with them & other companies where ever you join part of your career.
Thanks and regards
