Dear friends one of my friend submitted his online Form 31 application on 6th june 2018 and the same date it has been sent to field office, as of date form 31 claim status showing as under process. Can any one suggest, whom to approach for actual status.

You will have to approach the PF office in that region to know more details about the claim.
Also note that the reason your claim status is showing as under process is because the claim is actually under process and if at all it gets rejected then it will mention the reason.
