Is it POSH act applicable to my Organisation.

Yes, it is applicable in both the instances as quoted by you. However, you will face problem in constituting the Internal Committee because it requires at least 2 women members i.e. 1st being the Presiding officer of the Committee and the 2nd as an ordinary member.

The POSH act is sqarely applicable where women workmen are in employment.
It does not matter what the number(even number is one) is and whether they are employment on regular or contract basis. 21st June 2018 From India, Mumbai
