Can we take 1 Earned leave for every month like casual leave how EL’s are calculated in private sector

Whenever you raise a question of doubt, it would be better to facilitate correct answer by providing the essential inputs. In stead of a vague mention about the Private Sector as a whole, had you mentioned the type of your own establishment i.e a factory or a shop or an establishment falling under any other category it would be convenient for others to answer for the scale, calculation and availing of EL differs from Act to Act.
