My Sisters husband expired on Feb 2018 at the age of 36. He was working with one of company from 06-2016 to 08-2017 but after that is was jobless. When i checked his PF statement i see some 25k in both employee and employer share and zero amount in pension contribution.
Now we have to claim his PF and its insurance (EDLI). Not sure if she will be eligible for EDLI. can someone please guide us.
