Hi Can any one help me on how to write email request to IT department for new system and email id creation for new joinee?

Hi,

If you are working in an MNC, you need to raise a request through a ticket to the IT Request Team via the ticketing tool server. If you are working in a non-MNC organization, I believe you need to cc your admin while raising the request as well.

You need to provide IT with the following details:
- DOJ of the new joiner
- Emp Code
- DOB of the new joiner
- Location and State
- Grade of the new joiner
- Replacement or Fresh type of source (if replacing a resigned employee, share the previous employee's system ID details)
