Greetings.

Constitution and the working of a committee are significant topics. I will try to explain briefly.

For any committee, the following guidelines are applicable:

1. There must be a clear goal and purpose.
2. Members should represent all departments that are relevant to the committee's subject.
3. Establish a time frame for committee meetings: daily, weekly, monthly, bi-monthly.
4. Prepare agendas and keep minutes of meetings.
5. Review previous committee decisions and action points.

The HR person should act as the coordinator for all committees. The committee's findings and activities should be reported to the Board of Directors.

Starting this process will lead to encountering many questions and gaining knowledge in committee management.
