I would like to mail my HR regarding my offer letter and salary slip. My designation is mention different in salary slip (i.e in offer letter - sales head & Salary slip - sales manger) also salary components are different.. please help me out this.. what mail i have to write them?
Probably something like this can be considered
Polite and precise words to be used
I was appointed as ------ (Sales head) wef -----(date)
However it is noticed that my salary slips for the month ---- shows my designation wrongly as ----Sales manager
In addition my salary slip shows different salary components,which vary from my appointment letter.
Kindly rectify the same at an early date.
