Dear Monika,
SOP definition itself is Standard Operating Procedure, then why again a standard before the word?
Campus recruitment or scheduled recruitment should be followed as per the requirement of the company,number of vacancies,budget of the posts etc.
Many seniors have given the SOP on recruitment procedure in this forum earlier.

Much depends upon what and how you accomplish your needs ie to recruit raw, fresh talent (if any), from campus, in bulk. What kind of talent you want to recruit will lead to what kind of colleges you want to visit. How you want to select or filter out the donkeys and horses will lead to conducting tests and interview. That is all !
