Hello All
Could you please guide or help me to understand that which Laws or Acts get applied to a organisation of 30-35 employees in Pune Maharashtra (India).
This is a engg consultancy ( Pvt.Ltd).
As per knowledge below Acts are applicable:-
Shops & Establishment Act
Minimum Wages Act
So also i want to know if anything else need to be taken care of.
Where can i get this detailed information- which laws / acts, how to comply , what documents need to be submitted?

4. Maternity Benefit Act
5. POSH Act
6. Equal remuneration Act
7. PSARA act if you have engaged security guards
