my company failed to pay my pf amount to my pf account

i was working in a pvt ltd in bangalore , they have debited my pf amount in my salary and not paid to my pf account from july 2017 to nov 2017 , i have my bank satement & pay slip proof , is there anyway to get money
experts please suggest me to overcome this issues

You can send a formal representation to the HR or Finance head and seek corrective action. However, if nothing happens endorse a copy to the local PF Inspector with the copy of salary slips etc and seek his intervention.
