I had applied PF advance on 9th Aug, On 7th Sep, EPF account was showing Claim settled.Today i got Advance credited to my bank account. But EFP passbook still not showing the interest for 2017-18.

First time in history, There will be no interest will be paid for 2017-2018. that is the decision taken today. I hope that they should reconsider the decision.

I just checked, interest for last year has been updated on the passbook now. Hope the same is done for all of you too.
I'm really angry with the idiot who posted the comment on Sept 16 saying that there's a decision not to credit interest for 2017-18. Spreading misinformation should be made a criminal offence.
