Its a great gesture that you have shared this story with all on citeHR. I have read this book half and becaze of some reason couldnt complete it. Now i just come across ur message and glad that I found it. I ill surely read this story and complete this time. Nwys in my current organisation been taken over facing a lot of change, will therefore the story be helpful also to cope up with change.
