Please do not compare Minimum Wages Notification enacted by respective State Governments which is applicable for Schedule Establishments situated in respective State

What will be consequences if Earned Basic is Rs. 15000 Under Karnataka Shops & Commercial Establishment , How Service Weightage allowance is calculated.
Would be great help if below details can be addressed
If we go by "Shops and establishment " minimum wage for Karnataka is 15423.4 Per month (which is quite higher as compared to Rs 9836.97 for Haryana and Rs 9364 for Maharashtrata). Does it mean any employee in IT Industry in Bangalore, even at entry level, has to be paid minimum 15423.4?
