It depends upon what kind of products the sales people are supposed to deal with. There are Project sales, FMCG Sales, Super market / hyper market / medicines / automobiles and it goes on and on.....So, let your question be more specific... And nothing comes free in this world .. everything has a price.. So, think about it before posing your questions here. If you have senior managers working in your organisations, they themselves should be able to provide questions. For instance, if it is a major equipment costing several lakhs for each equipment, you talk about Internal Rate of Return, how to read Annual Report of the Client, what factors do you look at when a customer comes to you for buying an equipment, how to organise finance for customers .... it just goes on.
