Request you to please provide me accurate and easy format for maintaining CL, EL & SL.
Please suggest Leave maintenance should be according to financial year or calendar year, which is appropriate to maintain.
Also please suggest that format so that on year end we can analyse easily how many leaves are remaining or carry forward.
We have approx 40-50 employees strength.
