GPF transfer in out cases of central government employee in pay & accounts offices

Hi, if a centralgovt employee gets transferred to other dept. His gpf balance is also transferred to that depp. A recast sheet is prepared for transferring out the gpf balance to other deptt where he is transformed
Pls guide me with example in excel sheet
