One of our labor left on 04-09-17. And his total wages on the month was Rs.2000/- . Do we need to pay PF for him?? He is registered under CLR.

EPF contributions have to be remitted in respect of EPF Covered Employees until they are in employment. EPF contributions should be remitted until 04/09/2017. EPF contributions should be remitted not based on total wages but on basic=DA=VDA only.
What do you mean by "He is registered under CLR."? Please elaborate.
