Can i take a new person and use his services who is above 60 yrs and put him in payroll, if i put him in payroll any liabilities for the company. The Basic is more than 35K per month.
Kindly suggest me on the subject

Why don’t yo just take his as a consultant and pay him his consultancy fees that way there will be no liability. Even if you take him onroll there will be no liability except PT i think.

Dear Mr Chakra, what is the retirement age in your Company? if you hire him as "EMPLOYEE" it will create precedent affecting Company retirement policy.However, you can avail his Service for a specific period on Contract basis with separate terms & conditions.
