When you raise the query, it is important to give basic details like the nature of your industry, your finished product, your designation etc.
Commercial and non-commercial employees is the internal matter of your company. Please explain the difference. Going further explain to us whether training will be occasional event or it is ongoing process in the company. In the past, what kind of training programmes were conducted in your company? Did anyone measure the effectiveness of the training.
