Hi guys... I need your help.. I worked with my company for 5month and 5 days.. I didn’t complete 6 month so is it possible to claim a pf? My pf is deducted 12 percent from my basic salary?

You can definitely claim your PF amount, however, you won't be able to claim pension fund amount. You can claim the amount by filling and submitting form 19 along with required documents. If you've joined another organization and your pf is deducted then it's better to transfer the amount because in that case your pension fund amount will also get transferred.

Yes, you can claim PF but the amount may differ because your have not complete 180 days / 7 months continues service so PF department may hold employer share.

I am facing similar issue, but in my case my PF account does not show any deposits into my account for the duration I worked with the org. I have worked with my prev org for about 4 months. Why is my account showing zero balance ?
