I am working in domestic call centre and in this I have major issue on address verfication . employee provide docs of other address and they live at other place so to verification of address we want to send a letter to the employee address by post then the employee have to submit the copy of that letter in office for confirm . So, kindly help me regrading the letter format for employee address
