I am working in a domestic call center, and I am facing a major issue with address verification. Employees provide documents showing one address, but they actually live elsewhere. To verify the correct address, we plan to send a letter to the employee's address via post. Subsequently, the employee will need to submit a copy of that letter to the office for confirmation. I would appreciate your assistance in providing a letter format for verifying employee addresses.
